Mr. Lee is a licensed general contractor in the state of California and a Registered Contractor in Montana.  He is an International Code Council (ICC) certified Residential Combination Inspector with certifications in all four disciplines in residential construction, Building, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing.

He has been involved in hundreds of residential repair, remodel and ad-on jobs as well as commercial property tenant-improvement projects including the construction and/or remodel of gas stations into mini market stores for Arco, Mobil, Shell, Texaco, and Thrifty Corporations.

As a Master CREIA Inspector (MCI) (Certified Real Estate Inspector Association) and CREIA New Construction Specialist (CNCS) he has performed over 6,000 property inspections including residential and commercial inspections.  He is a past Orange County Chapter President of the California Real Estate Inspection Association.

He is an educational speaker that has spoken at a number of CREIA chapter meetings  Mr. Lee also speaks at ASHI and CREIA annual & semi-annual conferences. He was the principal and Program Producer for the CREIA Advanced Mentoring Program (CAMP) and an educational speaker on the CAMP DVD video set.

Responsible for all designs, construction, completion, profit and loss and contractor contacts related in the day-to-day business.  Implemented advanced building science techniques in the building envelope designs using sustainable and recycled materials. Building designs were highly energy efficient and used up to 50% less energy than standard built homes.
