LeakFREE® Roof Certification:

Includes a Visual Roof Inspection as an affordable way to determine whether or not a LeakFREE Roof Certification can be issued on the roof. This non-intrusive inspection starts inside with a visual examination of ceilings, walls and attic (where accessible). Outside, we examine the entire rooftop and perimeter, scrutinizing the roofing materials and flashings for conditions that could lead to leaks during the 2 year certification period. Once the certification criteria is met, a LeakFREE certification is issued to give you two full years of protection. Certifications are renewable and transferable. Longer certification periods are available for an additional fee.
